CM’s visit to KID

Honorable chief minister of Karnataka Mr D .V. Sadananda Gowda visited KID on 30th August 2011. CM applauded KID, as the first institute of its kind in terms of offering high tech and state of the art services for Diabetology, including super specialty care services under one roof. CM went through each and every department of the institute and was pleased to see how well a government institute can work and be a model to other institutes, with respect to offering clean and neat facilities at an affordable cost. CM was impressed by the spotless cleanliness maintained in the Institute. It was a pleasure to see our honorable chief minister inside our institute. His words of appreciation and encouragement will take us to a new height of service towards diabetes care.

National RSS chief, Shri. Mohan Bhagwatji, visited KID on 9th September 2011. It was an honor to receive an eminent personality such as Shi Mohan Bhagwatji into our institute. After the detailed visit to all the departments, Mr.Bhagwatji was quite impressed about the availability of the specialized Diabetology and related superspeciality care like Nephrodiabetology, cardiodiabetology, neurodiabetology, Psychodiabetology facilities all under one roof for the diabetic individuals. He lauded the functioning of the institute and praised Dr.K.Narasimha Setty, founder Director’s conceptualization behind such a lofty idea and his team for the dedicated services to the diabetic individuals. His best wishes and blessings will boost our confidence and morale further and strengthen our fight against diabetes.
